RedevFund is not a bank, NBFC, deposit-taking institution or a lender. We do not provide credit ourselves and do not accept public deposits.

All financial services, financing arrangements, escrow services and deposit arrangements facilitated via the Platform are provided by third-party, regulated partners. Partner entities operate under their own licenses, contractual terms and regulatory obligations (including KYC/AML and fair-practice requirements). RedevFund requires Partners to meet verification criteria but does not guarantee their actions, underwriting or compliance outcomes.

Users are responsible for their own due diligence, reviewing partner terms, and ensuring statutory/regulatory approvals for their projects. RedevFund does not provide legal, tax or investment advice. Where required by law or by Partner terms, we will share data with regulators and law enforcement upon valid request.
