RedevFund coordinates escrow and short-term deposit arrangements through regulated partners. RedevFund (Rethela Technology Pvt Ltd) is not a deposit-taking institution and does not itself accept public deposits or provide lending products directly.

All financing, escrow, and deposit arrangements accessed via the Platform are provided by third-party entities such as NBFCs, banks, or specifically licensed funders. These Partners operate under the regulatory framework applicable to their services (including, where applicable, RBI regulations, KYC/AML obligations and other statutory compliance requirements).

RedevFund conducts partner verification and requires Partners to meet minimum compliance and licensing checks; however, RedevFund does not assume the underwriting, capital commitments, or statutory obligations of Partners. Users should verify a Partner’s regulatory status and review partner agreements prior to entering into any transaction.

For enquiries regarding a Partner’s regulatory status, product licensing or compliance practices, contact care@redevfund.com and provide the Partner name and transaction details. RedevFund will facilitate contact with the partner’s compliance team where appropriate.
